Beetroot Poori :
Whenever I am in supermarket I feel like filing my basket with all healthy and nutritious stuff and avoid unhealthy ones.Beetroots are among those veggies I never forget to pick up.When salads and halwa with beetroot bore us I go for this simple pooris”.yeah sometimes fried is OK!!” I console myself and when it comes to my mouth ,it really make forget everything.
Pooris are common in our Vrat nTyohars(festivals) and can go very well with any dried sabji, curries but when you complements it with Shrikhand (Sweetened hung curd),It tastes heavenly.
Here I complements these pooris with Amrakhand(Mango flavoured Sweetened hung curd),Delicious Combo.
So next time impress your guests with these pooris and shrikhand.Beetroot no doubt comes with all its good properties, rich in iron, antioxidants, while hung curd is good source of calcium, vitamins, minerals.
