Like all you ladies I always find myself in bed with a very typical question in mind “ what to cook for tomarrow’s breakfast?”.Pasta of any kind is my all time favourite one but somehow I feel boiling pasta separately very tedious.And lazy me tried this all time favourite pasta to cook in pressure cooker and it turned out to be delicious and very very quick.Here I am sharing my healthy corn macaroni recipe.
Macaroni 100 gm
Diced carrot ½ bowl
Sweet corn ¾ bowl
Cauliflower florets ½ bowl
Black pepper ½ teaspoon
Tomato 1 in no.
Onion 1 medium(diced)
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Oil 2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
1.Take oil in pressure cooker and once heated add cumin and mustard and then diced onions and garlic.Saute it till it get tender.
2.Add carrots,cauliflower florets and tomato and let it cook for a while stirring properly.
3.Add black pepper ,turmeric ,salt and at last sweet corns.
4.Add Macaroni and mix it well.Add water to the level all mixture sinks well.You may add little sugar to taste.
5.Close the lid of pressure cooker and have two full whistles.
Open the cooker once cooled and garnish it with cheese and coriander leaves. Enjoy aromatic healthy corn macaroni.
