Papaya is all season fruit with yummy taste all that goodness like its filled with vitamin A.Give a try to this refreshing yummy drink with all all its nutrients.
Papaya cut into pieces 100 gms
Milk 1 cup
Sugar 2 tablespoon or more if required
Curd 2 tablespoon
Mint leaves 2-3
1.Put papaya pieces and curd,sugar in a blender and blend it to have a smooth puree.
2.Then add milk,crushed mint leaves and crushed ice to it blend it again.
3.Pour the smoothie into a glass, add little cream and garnish with fresh mint leaves and grapes .
