I tried it with my regular type of gravy.i always prefer to have desiccated coconut and poppy seeds as my curry base along with onion and ginger garlic.Just to have goodness and benefits of coconut and poppy seeds in curry and to make it thick. These drumsticks are quick to cook too and have amazing taste with the curry.
Drumsticks(Saijan ki phalli) are seedpod of a tree and widely used in Indian kitchen.I had eaten it so many time in my childhood(mom made),but always scared to cook it by myself.credit to its rough woody skin I thought it would be really difficult to cook these drumsticks. But when I actually gave it a try…nothing is simple than this.these sticks are easy to peel.
