If you are in India your summer is incomplete without this refreshing summer cooler aam ka panna.
This traditional drink is made up of boiled raw mango pulp and known to beat the heat since ages.I remember my mom used to make us drink cupful of aam panna everyday we were back home in summer.
In many regions of India people used to spice up Aamka panna with cardamom, black pepper, black salt and even with tamarind.Personally I like plain aam panna without any spices, thus I have given all the spices are optional in the recipe.Kokam sherbet is another refreshing drink we have in summers. As a my own twist I added dash of kokam extract(whichis easily available in markets) to panna and it took the drink to cloud seven.
