Fruity paratha…..When I find all veggies paratha get screwed by my baby,I switch to this yummy fruity paratha.Wholesome,with all its nutrients and enough to satisfy her big sweet tooth.
Stuffing of the paratha is of pineapple,paneer and sugar which makes it absolutely kids favourite.
Made with whole wheat flour ,I added little all purpose floor(Maida) just to add texture.These parathas needs no accompaniment as such as it can be a great breakfast,brunch or dessert recipe.Making of this paratha with lots of ghee is surely a Divine treat.(Calorie cautious people may omit ghee though).A healthy,fruit filled,w hole wheat power packed breakfast which makes your day.
Pineapple cut into fine pieces 200Gms
Sugar powdered 100 Gms
Paneer 150 gms mashed
Whole wheat flour 2 cups
All purpose flour(maida) 2 tablespoon
Salt a pinch
Ghee or butter as required
1.Mix whole wheat flour and maida,salt and knead a soft dough.
2.Prepare stuffing by mixing pineapple,paneer and sugar and keep
3.Make balls of dough and roll it to form small roundel.
4.Stuff it with the stuffing,seal properly and roll again to form a paratha.Use loose flour while making.
5. Put these parathas on tawa and cook on both the sides with ghee on the sides of parathas.
