Baked Paneer Stuffed mushrooms is a less oil snack which gets ready in minutes,Healthy, nutritious, delectable yet very simple to make.
Field mushrooms are known to have that succulent, fleshy texture and are extremely nourishing. These mushrooms are ideal for stuffing and as we all know mushrooms takes very less time in cooking,I wanted to make something filling and wholesome with these field mashrooms.
You may have stuffing of various cheese or boiled potatoes or with breadcrumbs.I have used pure desi style stuffing that is paneer stuffing.Calcium rich paneer added to healthful mushrooms is deady combination and tastes scrumptious plus it can be cooked with few drops of oil.
I am big fan of Restaurant style Grilled mushrooms. An exotic food on plate in no jiffy.
I have tried button mushroom in various desi recipes like Cream of mushroom soup,Mashroom masala, mushroom Butter masala and in some various international recipes too.
This is the first time I am using field mushrooms and I am super satisfied with the baked version of it as pan cooking of mushrooms results in overcooking most of the time .Moreover mushrooms tends to release lots of water on cooking which is not at all a problem with baking,My next try would sure be trying different stuffings .I suppose cheese stuffed baked mushrooms would be really great to try.
I cant wait to try on it.
These Baked Paneer Stuffed mushrooms are less time-consuming,light gluten-free dish and goes great as after school snack,or as a side dish to your parathas, naan or rice.Or simply slide it in your sandwich with lettuce .Drooling indeed.
