Homemade Eggless mayonnaise is an immensely flavored dairy based dip.mayonnaise made at home without eggs is way better than store bought one in terms of taste and health.
I wanted to try preparing mayonnaise at home since long.I prepared in very small batch as I was bit scared of how will it came out.but I found it so creamy, full of flavors and fresh post preparation.
I am kind of reluctant in buying ready-made sauces, dips, salad dressings. As I am little skeptical about their shelf life as most of them are dairy based. For sure these store bought dips are loaded with preservatives to retain them for long .Most of them needs to be refrigerated .I just hate over crowding my refrigerator with these bottles.
This method of making Homemade Eggless mayonnaise involves cream as a main ingredient.Better to make it in small batches as it can last for 2-3 days in refrigerator.
I had bought mayonnaise egg free version once and its label showed it contains 52% of vegetable oil.I just felt like throwing it away. This Homemade Egg less Mayonaisse contains very less oil compared to store bought one and tastes even way better.I have been addicted to it badly.I am sure to make a next batch soon.
Once prepared this homemade Mayonnaise can be mixed with garlic, mixed herbs, or pepper and your choice of infused homemade mayonnaise is ready in no time.My personal favorite is garlic mayonnaise and oregano mayonaisse.Homemade mayonnaise can be used in various salad dressings,in sandwiches, burger, wraps or rolls.(See Russian salad recipe)
