I am yet to find a person who doesn’t love icecream.That too mango flavored ice cream is super hit combo summer can offer you. I prepared this ice cream long back but it got procrastinated anyhow to be published here. And now I am making it to put it in my blog space.
I love the recipes which are as easy as pie to make and ice creams are one of them. You can make this Mango ice-cream with just three ingredients mango puree, cream and sugar. The very version is no cook too, what else can you ask for.
Yeah those were the days when I used to make ice cream with milk from scratch. The very first ice cream my daughter had was homemade only. I am obsessed with the thought of not exposing my child to store bought food items. Just with this thought I had prepared my first attempt of making Ice-cream with full cream milk. Even though I was working full time, I used to stand for hours near stove boiling the milk. I remember using all the tricks to make my ice-cream soft, first freezing again blending it twice, thrice.Huush…so cumbersome it was.Anjeer kulfi was the first kulfi recipe I posted which made with milk only.
Availability of whipped cream really made the task easy. You just have to blend the ingredients to have a thorough mixing and freeze it. I have used fresh mango puree you may use canned puree too.
Mango Puree 1 cup
Whipped cream 11/2 cup
Sugar 3 tbsp (can be adjusted with sweetness of mangoes)
- Mango Puree 1 cup
- Whipped cream 11/2 cup
- Sugar 3 tbsp (can be adjusted with sweetness of mangoes)
- Put everything in blender and just have one or two pulses to have a nice mix.
- Freeze the ice cream in freezer for overnight.
- Just scoop it and serve.
