Rainy evening?????? All you need is this steamy, spicy, buttery snack ……..Masala Corn.
This buttery Masala Corn recipe is the simplest snack ever .You can’t ask for more healthy and most versatile snack it is.Yeah versatile in the sense ….you can make it deceptively spicy as my husband like it or keep it uber mild just with butter and salt….yeah needless to say for my darling angel.
This heavenly savory snack masala corn is my favorite in both the ways …I can gobble it spiced or just a mild version is OK for me too. I am kind of Corn maniac and can use corn kernels in most of the recipes.
Sweet Corn pulao, Corn macaroni, pepper corn masala and many other dishes can be found on my blog. I just love these juicy, sweet, yellow, chewy pearls .There are endless of possibilities to use these sweet corn kernels in your recipes. Be it rice, pasta, fritters or curries.yeah but this Masala Corn is the recipe which has just the sweet corn kernels with butter and spices of your choices.
Here I have used frozen bag of corn kernels .You need to boil these kernels before adding spices to it. I already have thawed the bag overnight so I just boiled it for few minutes and made this Masala Corn in a kadhai (pan) which helps to keep it warm and steamy till it gets served.
