I have heen trying Thai food mostly in last few months.Reason being every recipe can be transformed into vegetarian with no loss in taste and fervor. Cooked rice 2 cups
Pineapple chunks 11/2 cup
Roasted peanuts 2tbsp
Shallots finely chopped 2 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1btsp
Frozen peas ½ cup
carrots chopped 1/2 cup optional
green chilli chopped 2
chilli sauce 1tsp
turmeric powder 1/4tsp
brown sugar 1tsp
1.Heat oil in pan and temper it with shallots.Let it be bit tender and chilli and peanuts and garlic.
2.Add chilli sauce and salt .
3.Add pineapple chunks, frozen peas and turmeric powder.
4.Fold the cooked rice with the mix and stir well.Serve hot.
