Suddenly she lost her interest in pancakes and wanted to switch to breads, sandwitches.Cautious mommy me, I was really happy with her whole wheat pancake breakfast, Mommoies are so good at anything you know. I reinvented my whole wheat pancakes with the addition of pumpkin puree and yes Pancake is in, Whole wheat pumpkin Pancake is so much in trend nowadays at my place.Plus they are eggfree yet fluffy,moist and decadent.

- Whole wheat flour 1 cup
- Baking soda ½ tsp
- Pumpkin puree ¾ cup
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt a pinch
- Milk ¾ cup
- Butter 2tbsp
- Assemble all the ingredients except butter in a mixing bowl and mix well
- Heat a pan on medium heat add teaspoon of butter. Spread a big spoonful of batter on pan. Let it spread by its own.
- Cook pancake on both the sides till golden brown .Add butter to the sides while cooking.
- Reapet the procedure for all of the pancakes.
